Return & Exchange Policy

The return policy for our store is simple and straightforward.

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on bicycles, helmets, or inner tubes.

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on any part or accessory that has been installed.

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on special order items. We do not accept returns/exchanges on any item that shows signs of wear or use.

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on items that are not returned to us in their complete and intact packaging.

In order to refund or credit the price of your purchase, your return/exchange must meet the following criteria:

  1. We must receive your return/exchange within 7 days of pick up.

  2. The item you are returning/exchanging must be in like new condition.

  3. The item you are returning/exchanging must be in its complete and intact packaging.
